Fun Loving Crabb

HarryHello again,

We have finally arrived at the last Crabb on the list and I know it is a cliche but in this case, oh so true, he may be last but is most definitely not least!

Harrison has just turned 6 and quite frankly how he has made it this far unscathed is nothing short of a miracle!!! I have heard on more than one occasion a couple of the children plotting his downfall! He is very affectionate, very springy and incredibly annoying! He has this uncanny sense of saying the wrong thing at the right time with explosive consequences! For example, he can get the usually mild mannered Kelvin to such a pitch I have to remind him of the age difference!!

Kelvin waking up late the other morning was rushing around pleading with Colby to get out of the bathroom whilst yelling about his lost tie. Having subdued his anger towards Colby for using the last sheet of toilet paper, he finally proceeded to iron his shirt only to have the iron stick to his shirt because of the black residue left by Colby's using invisible hem tape the night before. All the children sat quietly eating their breakfast sensing Kelvin was not having a good day and as he silently marched through the kitchen to go back upstairs to get a new shirt, Harry lifted his head out of his cereal bowl and said slowly 'Ha, ha, noo noo head' Well, I don't need to explain the set of expletives that followed but we all agreed that Harry deserved it!

He can also get Colby, who is volatile enough as it is, so angry she wants to kill him!

He loves the animals, the cats especially and really is very sensitive and kind, just a chronic wind up!!

Everywhere we go people know Harry and at school he gets high five's from all of the older children much to the annoyance of Callum! All the parents seem to know him as well and are quick to 'dob' on him as to where he is hiding when I am shouting for him.

So, I think by looking at his picture you can see just what I'm saying and can understand why the vicar gets a nervous pitch in her voice when we attend church Thursday afternoons! I think when we get around to christening Harrison there will be more than enough people willing to assist him at the font but they will most definitely have to fight the vicar off first!!!

Bless him! Anyway, he is in top form at the moment and I have doubled up his fish oil tablets to try to keep him in check, as he is so excited about the holiday.

Well, that is it. All of the Crabb's have been exposed for who they are and so if you were me would you be a little apprehensive about the next two weeks???Of course!

Please join me again soon with more family antics,

Melanie
