Help those who have experienced mental health or emotional distress, lead full lives.
Candis Big Give project:
The charity is setting up The Flintshire Wellbeing Centre to support people’s mental and emotional state through counselling, complimentary therapies and activities such as art and relaxation. The money raised will help fit out and furnish the centre, ensuring people have a relaxing and high quality environment to use. It will also fund two stress-busting workshops and training for volunteers, enabling them to welcome and support people experiencing mental distress.
