Provide end of life care to terminally ill patients in their own home or one of the charity’s nine hospices.
Candis Big Give project:
To fund its entire UK nursing service for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day 2011 – totalling 4,700 hours of care. This will help patients and their families get the practical and emotional support they need, enabling them to enjoy Christmas in their own home.
