"Details about the time it takes to be credited with your cashback can be found in the terms and conditions that are available at the bottom of the screen on the Candis Cashback site. It depends on where the purchase has been made as some accounts take longer to pay than others, but generally it can take up to 60 days for amounts to be credited to allow time for any returns. Most will show an amount as 'pending' within a few days of purchasing. You can notify Cashback if they have any outstanding amounts that haven't been paid and these can be looked into. The contact details are at the bottom of the Cashback screen and there is a drop down list of possible queries."

"having trouble. Although I've logged on and username and password accepted, when I click on "click here" or "Candis Club Benefits" I can't get passed the authentication box. If I cancel it goes white and I lose the pages."

"If you click on the link to the Cashback site, then click on login on the top left of the screen, there is the option saying 'If you have forgotton your password we can mail it to you by clicking here.' If you click on that and enter your email address you will be emailed your password. If you are still struggling please do come back to us."
