What advice would you offer your 16-year-old self?
I'm a very positive person, and I'm happy with the way things have turned out. But I would say, follow your heart, not your head. I'm dyslexic, and I worried about not going to Oxford, like my brother who's now a lawyer. But I followed my passion and never regretted it.

What's your secret party trick?
It's more advice than a trick. Always be friendly to the waiters - you'll get offered more food that way.

What's been your best holiday?
My honeymoon in Bali and Lombok. I get to travel a lot as an athlete, but I rarely have proper holidays. We went for three weeks. We started off in a nice hotel, but after three days we were a bit bored, and traded in our suitcases for rucksacks and learnt to scuba dive. I'd love to go back.
