Model-turned-actress, Linda Lusardi, 50, has appeared in
The Bill, Brookside and Emmerdale, as well as numerous pantomimes
and, in 2008, she came sixth in ITV's Dancing on Ice. She is
married to actor, Samuel Kane, and they have two children, Lucy,
12, and Jack, 10.
What would you like to change about yourself?
I'd like to be well-read. I didn't try hard at school, which obviously affected my academic ability. But I've recently been diagnosed as mildly dyslexic, which explains why schoolwork was so difficult.
Which living person do you most admire?
My father. He came from a very poor family and was evacuated in the war, so didn't have an easy life. I remember him working in the day as a joiner and going to college in the evenings, yet he always found time to be a great dad.
