Should marriage be for a fixed term rather than for
life?
This month we ask three readers whether they think wedding vows
should be renewed after a set period or if marriage should continue
in the same way...

Denise Pickup, 55 - Counsellor Denise lives in Norfolk
with her husband of 34 years. She thinks marriage should
be
a contract that comes up for review every 25 years.
Danielle: "I know it sounds old-fashioned
but because it has now become so acceptable to not get married, I
think it's a mark of a man's respect for a woman if he
proposes. I know a lot of men who think they can live with a woman
and have a relationship with her without making any effort to get
married. But it's more important than ever for a man to make
that commitment."
