What is Candis?
Candis is one of Britain's best-selling women's monthly magazines, with a paid-for circulation of 236,075 (ABC Jan - Jun 2011). It has more full rate subscribers than any other women's monthly, including Glamour, Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, Prima and Good Housekeeping. Each month it has features on health and lifestyle matters, relationships and consumer affairs, celebrity profiles and charity news.
There's also fiction, healthy family recipes, competitions, gardening ideas, travel, horoscopes and much more. It is published and distributed for Candis Club by Newhall Publications Ltd.
What is Candis Club?
Candis Club exists to promote social activities for its members, to provide them with membership benefits and to bring together people who are interested in supporting health charities. New members are recruited in venues (such as shopping centres) and at the door by Newhall's 100-plus strong national sales team.
Which charities does Candis Club support?
We are proud to have launched the Candis Big Give, a highly inspirational fundraising initiative which has raised thousands of pounds for the health charities involved. A total of 55 charities, including Marie Curie, Arthritis Research UK, Foundation for the Study of Infant Deaths (FSID) and Road Victims Trust took part in a match-funding challenge over Christmas 2011, which raised a fantastic £1.7 million! Each charity chose a vital project they wanted to see happen in 2012 and the Candis Big Give helped them achieve the funds they needed.
How do I login to the website?
1. Login using your email address and password the first time you login.
2. You'll then be asked to create a new password under the 'View my Profile' section.
3. Once you have set this up your login whenever you visit the Candis website will be your email address and new password.
What if I forget, and login using my membership number and password?
If you login using your membership number and password - which is how you logged into the old website - you will be able to login but you will be prompted to enter your email address and select a new password.

What can I do if I cannot remember my membership number?

Who can access the benefits section?
Only users who have joined Candis as either an online member or a full member (this includes all magazine subscribers) can access the benefits and discount section of the website. If you have simply registered on the Candis site, you will not be able to use the benefits.

When will I receive my prize?
You should expect to receive your prize within 28 days of being notified that you are a winner. If you still haven’t received your prize after the 28 days then please contact the Customer Service Department on 0800 814 5400 between 8.30am to 7.30pm Monday to Friday.
How do I start using the Reward Store?
To start using the Reward Store you simply click the link at the top of the Reward Store page which says 'Click here to go to the Reward Store' and your account will be set up. You will then receive an email from the Reward Store with a password for all your subsequent visits which you use on the Reward Store website (not this website) to continue saving money on all your shopping.
