Where is the young girl we all love so much, as she slowly get
covered in this Teenage Dust.
Frustrated feelings of growing up needs that no one else ever has
known how I feel.
To Scream and be heard! For Attention! What's needed?
The make up and lies seem to go hand in hand, as the dust starts to
gather, as she makes her last stand.
The Dust gets brushed off at the break of daylight, with friends
laughing and joking, it's nowhere in sight!
But the dust starts to settle by the end of the night, it creeps
under her doorway and hides in her room, it gathers momentum as she
tries to be heard, over everyone else who has no rights in this
world!
This world is for her, no one else here exists.
The dust starts to swirl as she sees the red mist, Mums get in the
way of this pent up frustration, with rules of protection and
polite conversation.
The dust now envelopes everyone dear in its sight, as slowly it
hides all the smiles and the laughter,
And most of all hides all the love and the trust... There is
nothing much worse than this Bad Teenage Dust.
Decisions are hard when you can't see an end, to the struggles
that go on within.
The make-up it smothers the young girl within, as the woman inside,
tries to be free.
The dust now has covered al footpaths of life, which one will she
choose to involve.........
When the struggle is over and the trust is rebuilt, and the young
woman is out here to stay, she will turn and look back at the long
winding road, as the dust from all over it clears.
She will see in the end that all roads are the same!
Just longer when covered in dust.
