The sales force operates in seven regions across the country; Northern, North England, North West, East Midlands, West Midlands, South West and South East

I joined Candis two and a half years ago as a salesperson with SE2 status.
I worked hard and with the support of my regional manager built up a team in the South West. I quickly realised that Candis are not a company to drag their heels as they really reward and support people that are loyal to Candis.

Candis is very much a family company and it is not unusual to receive encouraging and appreciating phone calls from the directors. Within a year I had been promoted to sales manager and received a substantial increase in my salary. I have to say that I have never worked for such a generous company they are always rewarding hard work with incentives. They even created a new title for me of venue sales manager because of my success with booking venues.

They run a fantastic training scheme headed by Andrew Bicker and ongoing training to help staff achieve their true potential. The staff at head office are always helpful and extremely friendly and are always supportive with advice. Marketing are always open to suggestions and ideas. So to sum this up I feel privileged to work for such a great company who not only produce a fantastic magazine and saves their valued members money but donates money to worthwhile causes.
