"Hi Fiona, You can choose once signing up with the reward store how you would like to receive your money. You can withdraw the money at any time form the rewards store. You can either leave it to accumulate or set a minimum amount above which the money will automatically transfer into your account. Go to the reward store and click ‘settings’ and go to payments. Here you can add your bank details and set a minimum payment amount.Hope this helps. Candis "
