Savings based on individual walk up admission price and are not available on the day. All tickets must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of the visit. For additional vouchers allow at least 5 working days. All prices are dependent on the date of visit, prices and opening dates are subject to change without notice, please check when making your booking. Offers can not be used in conjunction with any other promotion and are subject to availability. Please take your Candis membership card with you – if you need a new card, call 0800 814 5400. For opening/closing times, peak/off peak timings and directions please check when booking or log on to the relevant website. When we send tickets in the post or by any other means, the risk of theft or loss of such tickets shall pass to the addressee at the time the tickets leave our possession. You may wish to ensure you have adequate insurance cover for all such tickets. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
