The Phelan family
The Phelans spoke of their honour and pride at being named as a regional finalists in the awards. Ali's dad Gary, her auntie Sue and mum Julie were delighted to receive their winners' cheque from Candis editor, Debbie Attewell, which they have decided to put back into the charity, Ali's Dream.
