178704823Adding cinnamon to your food could help to protect against Parkinson’s Disease. Neurological scientists at Rush University say that the spice can reverse biochemical, cellular and anatomical changes that occur in the brains of mice with the disease and the discovery could potentially be one of the safest approaches to halt disease progression in Parkinson’s patients.
