Stretch to stay flexible

Chest stretch

Hold a rope or band in a wide grip over your head while seated. Take your arms back a little as you lower them down to feel the stretch in your chest*. Hold for 30 seconds. Repeat five times.

*Avoid this move if you have shoulder problems
