    I have tried to loose weight before. I only eat chicken, but i eat a lot of veg and fruit. My husband had a stroke 4yrs ago and i have problems with my breathing due to stress. Could you think that you could give me some advice please.

    I would like to lose weight because I have just had a knee replacement, and will probably need the other one done a.s.a.p.
    It is no use suggesting exercises, because I canot do them, unless I am sitting down.

    I need to lose weight for health reasons. I have been inactive due to needing a hip replacement. This has now been done. I have a hiatus hernia and can only eat small amounts at a time. I have osteoporosis of the lower spine. Exercise is difficult. I don’t eat meat. I am 72years old. A bit of a challenge. Can you help please?
