To benefit from your fish oil it should contain omega-3 fatty acids in daily doses containing 770mg EPA and 510mg DHA.

Which fish does it come from?

Sardines and anchovies are the best source of fish oil. They are free living, not farmed, and not high in mercury like some other fish.

Fish oils help other nutrients work harder

Research has shown that when omega-3 fatty acid concentrations, particularly DHA, are low, vitamin B has no effect on cognitive decline – but when omega-3 levels are in the upper normal range, B vitamins can effectively slow cognitive decline.
