No time to exercise?

The good news is that just exercising for 20 minutes two or three times a week is enough to lower a middle-aged woman’s risk of stroke, heart disease and blood clots, according to the latest Oxford University research – but exercising more than this provides little additional benefit. Walking, cycling or gardening were all counted as heart healthy activities in this study – as long as they caused you to sweat a little or to feel your heart beat faster.
