Beef and horseradish on rye

Serves: 4
Preparation time: 10 minutes

5 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp grated hot horseradish
Splash of white wine vinegar
8 slices of rye bread
8 slices of thinly sliced roast beef
8 baby plum tomatoes
½ cucumber


1 Combine the mayonnaise with the horseradish, season and add a splash of white wine vinegar.

2 Spread over 4 slices of light rye bread and top with thinly sliced roast beef and thin strips of cucumber and halved baby plum tomatoes. Season with pepper and top with 4 more slices of buttered bread.
