Chicken Curry Wrap

60g mango chutney
125g sour cream
1 tbsp curry powder
340g chicken breast, cooked and diced
1 celery stalk, sliced
Raisins, to taste
4 tortilla wraps, warmed
4 leaves Romaine lettuce, shredded
60g French’s French Fried Onions
1. To prepare the curry chicken salad: combine the chutney, mayonnaise, sour cream and curry powder in a bowl and whisk to blend.
2. Add the chicken, celery and raisins and stir to mix.
3. To prepare the wraps: arrange the shredded lettuce down the centre of each tortilla, top with chicken salad and fried onions and roll closed, tucking in the ends.
4. Serve with extra mango chutney and French Fried Onions.
