Chocolate Eton mess

Serves: 4
Preparation time: 10 minutes

25g (1oz) bitter chocolate, melted
3 meringue nests
150g (5oz) pot 0% fat Greek yoghurt
300ml (10floz) double cream*
300g (10½oz) mixed summer berries, halved if large
50g (2oz) white chocolate, shaved into curls with a peeler

Method:

1 Drizzle the bitter chocolate over the meringues and set aside to harden. Lightly whip the cream and fold in the yoghurt. When you’re ready to serve, lightly crush the meringue and stir into the cream along with the berries. Top with the white chocolate shavings and serve.
