Delicious Yorkshire puddings


yorkshire puddingIngredients:

1 happy egg
70g plain flour
70ml milk
60ml water
50g grated beef dripping
Salt and pepper

Method:

1. Mix all ingredients together with a whisk and place in the fridge.

2. Cook a roast beef joint. When you remove it from the oven to rest turn the oven up to 200ºC and using the roasting tray drop tablespoons of mixture into the tray. Cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until the puddings are risen and brown.

3. Serve.
