Frankfurter Potato Salad

600 g new potatoes, peeled and cooked
100 g smoked bacon lardons
30 g French’s® Smooth & Spicy Mustard
8 frankfurters, heated and sliced
4 fresh spring onions or 1 red onion, chopped
150 g chives as garnish, finely chopped
1. Cut the cooked potatoes into large chunks.
2. Heat a little oil in a frying pan, add the bacon lardons and fry until crispy. Add the potatoes and continue frying until golden brown.
3. Stir in the French’s® Smooth & Spicy Mustard, spring onions and frankfurters, and warm through.
4. Serve with extra French’s® Smooth & Spicy Mustard, if desired
