Get ready for Bonfire Night with Sticky Onion Marmalade Sausages
Enjoy bonfire night with some high falutin’ rockets and down to earth bangers with Tracklements Onion Marmalade
Allow half a tablespoon of Tracklements per sausage, so if you’re cooking 8 sausages, you’ll
need 4 tbsps of Onion Marmalade.
1. Cook the sausages in the oven until almost done, drain off the fat and spoon the Onion Marmaladeover the sausages.
2. Continue to cook for a further 5 minutes.
3. Hand out forks and let every one dig in OR place the sausages on a bed of mashed potato.
4. To make the gravy, stir a little red wine into the pan juice and heat for a few minutes. Pour over the mash and sausages.
