Salsa Patatas Bravas
This is a cheat’s recipe for a classic Spanish tapas dish. Potatoes topped with spicy tomato and chilli sauce, the name literally means fierce potatoes. They taste great served with cold roast meats or chicken, just add some salad leaves for a lovely summer supper.
