As an accompaniment to grilled chicken, fish or lamb. This dish works really well with your BBQ.



½ Cucumbers
1 glove of garlic ‘crushed’ add more if you like it strong
3 Sprigs of mint ‘shredded’
1tub of TOTAL Greek Yoghurt either 0%, 2% or Authentic
Sea salt to taste


1 Grate the cucumber on to the tea towel, squeeze the cucumber over the sink to drain of juice
2. Place the cucumber into the bowl, add the garlic, mint and mixed together
3. Fold in TOTAL Greek Yoghurt and season to taste
4. Finished

To serve

Place in a bowl and serve with Pitta bread, vegetables.
