Quorn fajitas

Fajitas with Quorn best ever Chicken style Pieces and tomato and lime salsa

Cooking time: 10 mins
Serves: Four

300g Quorn best ever Chicken style Pieces
1tbsp vegetable oil
1 red onion, sliced
1 red, 1 green, 1 yellow pepper, sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1tbsp fajita seasoning
4 x 10″ flour tortillas


4 tomatoes, deseeded and diced finely
½ red onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1tbsp coriander, chopped
1 juice of a lime
Salt to taste

Cooking time: 10 mins
Serves: Four

To serve: Natural yoghurt


  1. To make the salsa, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion and peppers and garlic for 2- 3 minutes.
  3. Add the Quorn best ever Chicken style Pieces and stir in the fajita seasoning. Continue to stir fry for a further 5-6 minutes or until the peppers are soft and the Quorn best ever Chicken style Pieces are piping hot.
  4. Spread a little of the salsa on each tortilla and fill with the Quorn mixture.
  5. Roll up and serve with a dollop of natural yoghurt.

Alternatively serve separate bowls of salsa, Quorn chicken style fajita filling and yoghurt for guests to fill their own tortillas.
