Stilton, walnut and onion chutney crostini
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
1 baguette, cut into 1cm slices
200g Stilton or any blue cheese, sliced thinly
A jar of onion chutney
50g walnuts, roughly chopped
1 small bunch flat leaf parsley
1. Pre-heat the oven to 160ºC/R3.
2. Place the slices of baguette on to a baking sheet and put in the oven for 15 minutes.
3. Remove the bread from the oven and top each slice with the blue cheese, a suitable amount of the onion chutney and a sprinkle of chopped walnuts.
4. Scatter the flat leaf parsley over and serve.
