Vanilla, honey and yoghurt smoothie

This speedy smoothie is perfect for when you’re on the go


Serves: 1

Preparation time: 5 minutes


100ml semi-skimmed milk

150g low-fat natural yoghurt

25g bran flakes

1/4 tsp vanilla essence

1 tbsp honey plus extra to serve


1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

2. Pour into a glass and drizzle over some extra honey to serve (optional).
