900 g good quality minced beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 (400 g) cans chopped tomatoes
1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
120 ml Worcestershire Sauce
60 ml French’s® Classic Yellow Mustard
16 g ground cumin
ground chilli powder to taste
1. Brown beef in large non-stick pot. Add onion; cook for 3 minutes and drain.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to a boil. Simmer, partially covered for 15 minutes until flavours are blended; stirring often.
