Our friendly Customer Relations Team are happy to help you with any queries you may have regarding your Candis subscription we are still taking emails and will endeavour to answer these as a matter of urgency.
Due to the arrangements that we have put in place to protect our colleagues and their families in the current situation caused by the COVID19 Virus we have limited ability to answer incoming calls. We are however conducting business as usual by using alternative communication methods. Preferred method of communication is email these are being checked daily, although we understand some of our customers may not have access to email. *please note that we do experience problems with Hotmail blocking some of our responses as spam – as such please remember to check for our response in your junk or spam box.
