Where can I buy Candis?

What is Candis Club?

Every subscription to Candis includes your membership of Candis Club. The mission of the Club is to bring people together to promote healthy living, community and family life and to support and advance the cause of health charities. And after over 50 years of giving, the donations of members – past and present – to these worthwhile causes have reached beyond the £55 million mark, guaranteeing a minimum of £250,000 in donations to health charities in 2016.

Every member (and there are over 100,000 of them) enjoys a brilliant monthly magazine delivered direct to their door, a fabulous range of benefits and savings, entry each month into the Candis Lucky Numbers draw and, if they qualify, entry into our loyalty draw, Candis Hidden Gems. In addition members have the satisfaction of making a contribution to health charities via the Candis Big Give initiative.

What is Candis?

So much more than just a magazine, your annual subscription to Candis includes membership of Candis Club. Membership entitles you to a range of carefully selected, money-saving benefits – great value insurance, super holidays and fun days out, plus exclusive reader offers. And that’s not all. In 2016 Candis Club will donate a minimum of £250,000 from members’ magazine subscription revenue, via Gift Aid, to The Charities Aid Foundation.

How do I notify Candis of a change of address?

Log-in and change your details on your profile page – click ‘View my profile’ at the top of the page in the blue box. This will automatically update the subscription system at Candis. You can also contact our Customer Relations Team on 0800 814 5400 and they will be able to update our system.

Where do you announce competition winners?

All winners are notified within 28 days of the competition/giveaway closing.

When will I receive my free subscription gift for subscribing?

Gifts are only despatched once successful payment for your subscription has been taken. The gift will then be despatched within 14 working days.

How do I start using the Reward Store?

The Candis Reward Store is available to all Candis members. You will firstly need to log into the Candis website using your email address and password. Once you have successfully logged in, please go to the Reward Store area of the website.

You will then need to click on the link at the top of the screen. This will take you through to the Candis Reward Store and automatically sign you into your account. You will then receive an email from the Reward Store with a password for all your subsequent visits which you use on the Reward Store website (not this website) to continue saving money on all your shopping.

When will I receive member draw winnings?

After applying for your prize, member draw winners will receive winnings within 14 days.

When will I receive my prize?

You should expect to receive your prize within 28 days of being notified that you are a winner. If you still haven’t received your prize after the 28 days then please contact the Customer Relations Team on 0800 814 5400 and they will be able to look into this for you.

Why have two payments been taken out of my account on the same day?

This is because membership fees and subscription fees are taken separately.
