hi can you help me i have tried on several occasions to get tickets for chessington but every time i have to listen to music and someone telling me all about annual passes at 13pence a minute it has worked out very expensive i end up putting the phone down i am using the right number i am very upset about this as candis tells us we get great savings ,we would if we could get though .
I am sorry that you are unable to get through to Chessington Resort. You are calling the Theme Parks Sales Team directly. Although you are connecting at a fixed rate call through Candis on the 0844 number which is up to 5pence per minute as apposed to the 0871 number that Chessington provide which is up to 10 pence per minute. Just phoned number given which is saying service cannot be connected!
I am putting in the username and password as shown above and I get an error message saying system failure. Is there another way to buy tickets with the Candis discount?
