3 Maris Piper Potatoes
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp paprika
A pink of garlic salt
Black pepper
White cabbage
2 Celery Sticks
1 Head of Fennel
1 Apple
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 lemon
Thick yoghurt
Cut 3 large Maris Piper potatoes in half and then cut into wedges. Place in a bowl and drizzle with 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp paprika, a good pinch of garlic salt and plenty of black pepper. Roast for 30 minutes at 200°C/180°C fan/gas 6, turning occasionally. Serve with sour cream and sweet chilli sauce.
Finely shred half a small white cabbage and combine with 2 finely sliced celery sticks, 1 shredded head of fennel, 1 very finely sliced apple and 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley. Season well and squeeze over the juice of ½ lemon. Combine well. Season thick yoghurt with salt and pepper, spoon over the top and combine.
